| Ordering Stained Glass Panels All stained glass pieces come with hooks or rings that are securely attached or embedded in the glass work or metal frame. Large panels come with a utility chain, so they'll be ready to hang when they arrive. Small glass work without chain can be hung with a decorative cord or a strong ribbon. Shipping Information All stained glass panels are professionally packed, shipped and insured by UPS. Payment Methods Full payment is due at time of shipping by money order or by check. Item will be held for you until payment is received. Custom Orders After agreement on the custom design by the customer, 50% of payment is due before construction of panel is started, with the remaining due at time of shipping. It usually takes about 2 weeks to finish a custom order once the design is finished.
